♦ Wide receiver Braylon Edwards, who did not start due to his DUI arrest earlier in the week, entered in the second quarter and played a key role in the Jets’ victory over the Dolphins on Sunday night. In the New York Post, Steve Serby has a contrite Edwards talking about his situation. In the New York Daily News, Gary Myers criticizes the team for playing Edwards and notes that it makes the Jets’ lack of discipline look even worse after Edwards had a strong game.
