A pair of ex-Patriots have landed in new destinations.
Cornerback Terrence Wheatley, who was waived on Saturday, was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 2008 second-rounder was inactive for six games this season, and started just one game in his Patriots career.
Meanwhile, linebacker Tyrone McKenzie, a 2009 third-rounder who was released from the practice squad this weekend, joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Boston Globe reported.
