| Andrew Bynum still weeks away from return | 11.30.10 at 9:34 am ET |
Lakers center Andrew Bynum worked out with the team on Monday, but he said that he is still several weeks away from returning to game action, possibly by Dec. 19 when the Lakers play Toronto. Bynum had knee surgery for the second time in three years last summer. He delayed the procedure to attend the World Cup, which raised a few eyebrows.
The Lakers have been getting along fine without him, but they are thin in the middle without him and veteran Theo Ratliff.
