Despite rumors to the contrary Tuesday, the University of Michigan has not fired football coach Rich Rodriguez.
According to an Associated Press report, Rodriguez met Tuesday with athletic director Dave Brandon and the two were expected to meet again Wednesday morning to discuss the coach’s future in Ann Arbor.
Rodriguez is 15-22 in three seasons guiding the Wolverines.
