Massachusetts native Dick Jauron is set to become the defensive coordinator for the Browns under new head coach Pat Shurmur, according to a Sports Illustrated report. The 60-year-old Jauron, who has been a head coach for three NFL teams, last season served as Eagles secondary coach. In Cleveland he would replace Rob Ryan, who was not retained by Shurmur.
