Four-time Pro Bowl tight end Jeremy Shockey signed a one-year deal with the Panthers on Thursday. Shockey had been released by the Saints following an injury-plagued three seasons in New Orleans.
“Time for the Next chapter,” Shockey wrote on his Facebook page. “This is a great opportunity for me, and I am excited to play football. Lets hope we all have the chance to play this season.”
