Matthew Bellamy, 30, had just left a bar with a group of friends and had stopped at a house to drop off someone. That’s when 23-year-old Robert Horton, who had followed in another car, attacked Bellamy, punching him three times as his head slammed against the concrete ground. An arrest warrant was issued for Horton, who fled when police were called.
