| Heat interested in Tracy McGrady or Michael Redd? | 08.08.11 at 9:21 am ET |
After falling to the Mavericks in the NBA finals last season, the Heat are looking to add more players to play alongside their Big Three.
According to The Miami Herald, their preferred choices are Shane Battier, Grant Hill or Tayshaun Prince, but if they cannot get either of those players they will consider Michael Redd and Tracy McGrady.
McGrady is entering his 15th season in the league and has played for five team: the Raptors, Magic, Rockets, Knicks and most recently the Pistons. In his 15 seasons he has averaged 20.4 points per game, including 32.1 in 2002-03 with the Magic.
