The Browns have a new owner in Jimmy Haslam, and it appears they will have a new front office as well, as Haslam will clean out the entire front office, according to CBS sports reporter Clark Judge.

Haslam, who bought the team on Friday, would be making his first move as owner by firing general manager Tom Heckert and president Mike Holmgren.

Heckert and Holmgren, who both joined the Browns organization in 2010, have gone 9-23 since they arrived in Cleveland. In that time, the Browns have started Jake Delhomme, Seneca Wallace and Colt McCoy at quarterback, and drafted Brandon Weeden in the first round.

The Browns have not made the playoffs since 2002, when they lost to the Steelers in the wild card round.
