The Jets were supposedly undone by clubhouse issues last season thought it looks like things haven’t changed.
A brawl involving some 20 or so players erupted at Jets training camp on Monday in Cortland, N.Y. The fight occurred on the sideline very close to fans and forced reporters to scatter.
Safety D’Anton Lynn shoved running back Joe McKnight out of bounds and McKnight returned by firing the ball at Lynn igniting the fight. McKnight threw the first punch and both the offensive and defensive teams responded causing a massive pile-up. Coach Rex Ryan came over to break the fight up and things normalized after about a minute.
Lynn is an undrafted rookie out of Penn State, while this will be McKnight’s third season with the Jets.
